Return & Refund Policy

At Mini Fashion, we want every purchase to make you and your little ones happy. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process. Please read our policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet our return conditions. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with proof of purchase or order number.

We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as innerwear, socks, and clearance-sale products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number and clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Return Process

To start a return, contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item received).

Items sent back without return approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges paid at the time of order are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to stock availability. If you need an exchange, please mention it when submitting your return request. If the requested replacement is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are typically not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive products
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Used or washed clothing
